About Johnnie Fresh (Johnnie R. Lovett)

An alum of the Marcus Graham Project, former  TedX Midwest Urban Entrepreneur presenter, and inaugural recipient of the Bill Sharp Award for Advertising, Johnnie has meticulously crafted a career at the intersection advertising and entrepreneurship. A proud Chicago native with nearly 15 years of experience helping brands reimagine, redefine, and reintroduce their products to the world.

From the effervescent world of carbonated drinks with celebrated names like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and Starry, fast-food giants such as Burger King, to the realm of sweet temptations including Brach’s and Gushers, his influence is broad and varied. Further, his strategic mastery has found resonance with athletic behemoths like Nike, beloved snack brands like Reese’s, the refined sector of spirit labels such as Courvoisier and Effen, and even within the vibrant tapestry of major entertainment houses like NBCUniversal.

Beyond the fast-paced business of advertising, Johnnie directs a micro firm, a creative atelier that curates brands for emerging entrepreneurs and talented individuals from the rhythm infused world of music to the expressive realm of fine arts. His endeavors present brands and people with opportunities to deepen their connections with their audiences.

His strategies cultivate more than just brand-consumer relationships—they initiate a conversation, and present a mutual exchange for brand and consumer that illuminate their shared values through actionable insights, creative strategy, and product storytelling.

In essence, Johnnie is not just an advertising professional or an entrepreneur. He's a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a story-teller who continually challenges the norm, always seeking ways to enrich the interaction between brands and the people they serve.
